I provide tailor made training programmes to meet business and industry needs, either as a stand-alone service or as part of my broader consultancy work.

Utilising my business expertise and coaching skills, I work with my clients to build individually tailored training programmes specific to their needs. Delivering programmes to improve hard (e.g. Technical training for publishers) and soft skills or a mixture of both.

Customer Service teams are the face of a brand and are a vital method of communication with customers. They have more contact with customers than the sales force and incrementally grow accounts. This course was designed to help them do this by understanding their customers businesses and needs better and by focusing on soft skills such as listening.
